HIGHLIGHTS: Our workshop for intact teams provides a unique opportunity for team members to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their team potential and each other. High performance teams combine technical expertise with a finely developed understanding of the role that emotions, values, communications skills, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution play in meeting team objectives. The specific nature of the team's work, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each member are taken into account in the workshop design.

All participants complete a leadership assessment which will be used for individual and team coaching sessions during the workshop. Classroom sessions clarify team: vision, values, and goals, and provide behavioral models that participants can transfer to the workplace. Horseback sessions build skills in open communication, trust, decision-making, conflict-resolution, and risk-taking.
