UNBRIDLING LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
Leadership involves a lifelong commitment to learning and action, guided by vision and strategic intent. This workshop is for individuals looking to enhance their leadership skills and personal effectiveness. It concentrates on increasing self-awareness, awareness of others, fine-tuning communication and decision-making skills, and stretching potential to its limits.
TEAM EFFECTIVENESS TRAINING
High performance teams combine technical expertise with an understanding of the role values, communication skills, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution play in meeting team objectives. Â This workshop gives participants a deeper understanding of themselves, their team potential, and each other. Â The specific nature of the team's work, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each member, are taken into account in the workshop design.
WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP RETREAT
This workshop encourages female leaders to deepen their wisdom and increase their insight in relating to others and themselves. Working with a force equal to ten times their own strength, self-imposed limits are challenged and participants stretch themselves to their full potential.
